Select lots of grapes grown in vineyards throughout Niagara were vinified and aged separately using traditional red winemaking techniques, before being blended in the cellar. The wines selected for the final blend were chosen for their approachability; focus on fruit-driven aromatics, soft tannins, and rich mouthfeel.
